The Financial Services practice group is growing and we are hiring a SENIOR SEARCH CONSULTANT in Toronto. Business Development Support Assisting with proposals, engagement letters, client presentations, and other external communications Building and maintaining client and candidate databases; managing data, performing analysis, and preparing reports Conducting industry‑specific research from primary and secondary sources to generate leads Executive Search Delivery Supporting the entire recruitment process at every stage Creating job postings and executive packages for candidates Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, prior searches, databases, social media, and internal sources Conducting pre‑screening calls or virtual meetings to qualify candidates and presenting opportunities to them Documenting candidate summaries and interview notes, and updating client reports Utilizing our CRM/ATS system to ensure data integrity and real‑time client access Supporting calendar management for Principals and Partners regarding candidate interviews and client engagements Qualifications 5‑10 years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in executive search or a related field Undergraduate degree required; an MBA considered an asset but not required Excellent written communication skills with strong business and technical writing experience Strong listening, empathy, and open‑mindedness Attention to detail, strong organizational, analytical, planning, and project management skills Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with executives and senior leaders Goal‑oriented with a strong work ethic Track record of impact in career and community This opportunity offers comprehensive training to enhance and develop your skills as part of a dynamic, collaborative team of search professionals.
