The Integration Manager supports the organization’s strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and business integration efforts. The role will lead the successful transition and integration of all acquisitions (post-close), through integration readiness assessments, developing integration strategies, target due diligence, and post-close integration management. This is a highly visible role at the center of TIC Solutions, focused on one of our core strategic priorities: integrating tuck-in acquisitions. A core focus will be integrating the businesses so they feel like a part of the TiC Solutions (Acuren/NV5) organization which is critical to our success. We are looking for a strong collaborator and relationship builder who can connect teams, create alignment, and keep complex initiatives moving. This role is about your ability to influence, organize, and drive execution across the different functional leaders responsible for integration Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Safety, Commercial, etc. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing order to complexity. You’ll often be managing multiple integrations at once, with shifting priorities and timelines, so comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action are essential. Work Details Hybrid role out of our Houston, TX or Oakville, ON offices, or another Center of Excellence in Canada or the United States Permanent, full-time position The role requires significant travel (50%+) Responsibilities Collaborate with Corporate Development team on acquisition pre-close due diligence to outline integration readiness assessments. Own and evolve the TIC integration playbook, defining equity and asset integration plans, driving timelines and deliverables. Managing the M&A integration, leading the evaluation of key issues, transition challenges and development of post-close plans. Closely partner with executives and workstream leaders to design integration strategies aligned with our financial model. Actively support all functional workstream leads and their respective teams to develop and adapt comprehensive and appropriately detailed integration plans and projects linked to key deal value drivers. Ensure collaboration and information sharing among workstreams through transparency and effective communication. Project Management Monitor and track project progress against project deliverables; communicate project status, including roadblocks, milestones. Drives meeting rhythm for integration functional team calls and ensure all planned meetings have agendas and objectives. Ensure follow up notes and action items are sent following important internal meetings. Archive and secure client transaction data and manage the pre-close data harvesting process when required. Own integration governance, manage decisions and reporting for all stakeholders (key milestones, issue & risk registers, initiative status updates). Support the Corporate Development & Executive team by Provide timely and accurate integration guidance on all matters that affect the company. Provide perspective in the definition and development of M&A integration, procedures and programs. Assist with ensuring legal compliance regarding merger and acquisition (M&A) integration activity. Requirements Post-merger integration experience in an operational or functional role Effectively manage key stakeholder engagement to achieve the integration activities and objectives. Effectively manage and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts Effectively develops initial integration plans. Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Experience in writing, interpreting, and negotiating complex solutions. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently and within tight deadlines. The ability to build trust with a broad network of professional colleagues and team members. Exposure to confidential and sensitive business information requiring discretion and professionalism.
