You’ll lead a small team (1–2 gardeners) to maintain and evolve beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in high‑quality horticultural work. Core Responsibilities: Horticultural Care: Perform expert weeding, pruning, dead‑heading, and grooming of garden beds. Plant Management: Dividing, transplanting, and the care of bedding plants and containers. Soil Health: Soil amending, moisture monitoring, including the application of compost and mulch.
