The firm provides financial reporting, tax advisory, and continuous disclosure services to highly regulated public entities locally and globally. Job Title Tax Manager Responsibilities Lead tax client engagements across multiple industries Work closely with Partners on tax planning and advisory mandates Research and develop tax planning strategies for clients Review staff work for accuracy, completeness, and technical compliance Plan and organize teams for preparation of corporate tax returns Take the lead on preparation and review of complex tax returns Conduct and present tax research and technical memorandums Provide tax advice on transactions, reorganizations, and indirect tax matters Support tax compliance and planning needs for public company clients Mentor and support professional development of staff Identify performance improvement opportunities within the team Manage multiple engagements and timelines effectively Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong relationships Assist with business development and attracting new work to the firm Qualifications CPA designation in good standing 5+ years of public accounting tax experience Experience managing tax engagements and reviewing staff work Completed or currently enrolled in CPA In-Depth Tax Course or MTAX program Strong tax planning and advisory experience Experience working with public company clients considered a strong asset Ability to research complex tax matters and prepare tax memorandums Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong client service and relationship management skills Highly motivated with a desire for growth in a mid‑sized firm environment Only those who are qualified will be contacted.
