With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, the organization is focused on expanding its North American footprint and is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow key customer relationships. This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-oriented professional who excels at managing ongoing client needs while identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Manage day-to-day communication, requests, and ongoing account activity Coordinate order execution, timelines, and customer updates Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts Support proposal development, bid coordination, and formal procurement processes (e.g., RFx) Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams to deliver on customer needs Track and follow up on leads, opportunities, and account activity Maintain accurate records, pipeline tracking, and reporting Ensure a smooth flow of information between customers and internal teams Represent the organization at industry events and support business development initiatives Operating Environment Focus on execution, coordination, and growth within existing accounts Multi-stakeholder environment with both technical and commercial touchpoints Structured processes for tracking, reporting, and opportunity management Moderate travel required (approximately 25%) Success Metrics Account retention and customer satisfaction Responsiveness and execution consistency Timeliness and quality of proposal and bid support Growth within existing accounts Accuracy and completeness of reporting and tracking Qualifications Experience in account management, inside sales, or customer-facing roles within a B2B environment Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and communication skills Experience in regulated, industrial, manufacturing, or complex environments is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
