UKG certifications (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration) are a plus. Experience in solution gap analysis, process design, and client communication. Skills and Attributes Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to operate with ambiguity, be flexible with travel (up to 30%), and work collaboratively.
