We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions that enable our clients to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with clients and CGI delivery teams while providing technical leadership across complex implementations.Your future duties and responsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into well architected Salesforce solutionsLead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce architectures aligned with platform best practices and industry standardsArchitect and configure Salesforce features including custom objects, flows, validation rules, security models, and declarative automationDesign and oversee advanced customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and APIsDesign and guide Salesforce integrations using web services, middleware, and third party platformsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administratorsEnsure data integrity, platform security, scalability, and performance across Salesforce environmentsContribute to solution planning, effort estimation, and risk managementStay current on Salesforce releases and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and innovationRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This RoleBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceOverall 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementationsDeep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Finance services cloudStrong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configurationSolid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing modelsHands on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIsSalesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect and/or System Architect) strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast paced consulting environmentCompensation CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 - $165,000.
