(high‑technology solutions for semiconductor/microelectronics markets) Summary: As the Talent Acquisition and Agility Manager, you will enhance employee success and strengthen sustainability by executing workforce planning, managing the Talent Acquisition Team, and guiding talent strategies. Responsibilities Understand and communicate talent needs and translate them into people plans. Influence and guide people leaders to make the best people decisions. Drive external communications to position Brewer Science as an employer of choice. Identify and address conflicts with appropriate stakeholders. Handle sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality. Maintain DEI & Belonging and EEO culture. Connect skilled individuals to roles and address skill gaps to drive engagement and business objectives. Serve as the AA officer and lead the equal employment opportunity policy. Collaborate with internal functions to deliver projects, programs and partnerships. Lead and motivate a skilled Talent Acquisition and STEM/Internship Team. Embed recruitment activities that assess the whole person fit with Brewer Science values. Act as trusted adviser on operational and strategic people plans. Provide insights on people directives based on trends and data. Oversee talent succession planning system and contingency plans. Report on hiring metrics, KPIs, and recommend improvements. Partner with HR leadership on global talent acquisition, career growth, gap analysis, and business initiatives. Monitor engagement and fill skill gaps. Communicate values through HR operations and partnerships. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvement. Support employee engagement and well‑being during change. Adjust plans to overcome challenges. Collaborate cross‑functionally to establish competency needs. Encourage employee‑owner mindset in planning. Align talent processes with working environments. Build external networks and promote brand via recruiting strategies. Create and promote DEI and belonging culture. Protect brand reputation internally and externally. Innovate workforce engagement and communicate EVP. Develop methods to attract and retain high‑potential, diverse workforce. Partner with Executive VP and HR leadership on workforce planning. Education & Credentials 10‑12 years of experience in Human Resources. 10 years of experience maintaining recruiting records. Experience in organizational development for large operation or business unit, especially in a high‑growth or start‑up environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (preferred).
