ResponsibilitiesDraft documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients. Accurately enter documents into internal systems and create formal documents in the insolvency database. Assist the Personal Debt Solutions department with various duties, including collaboration with local team members and other departments. Conduct community outreach and use social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings. Success CriteriaDemonstrate BDO core values: integrity, respect, collaboration. Post‑secondary education considered an asset but not required. Previous Insolvency / Personal Debt Solutions experience considered an asset but not required. Strong organizational skills in a busy work environment. Support high‑level management demands with attention to detail. Deadline‑focused, detail‑oriented, able to work independently. Excellent time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
