This is a new senior leadership position that will provide strategic direction and oversight for all fundraising and communications activities for both SOURCES and the SOURCES Foundation.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with both the Society Board and the Foundation Board, the Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s long‑term philanthropic and communications strategy.This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution – someone who thrives on building sustainable donor pipelines, leading effective communications, and expanding community impact across multiple regions.About Sources:SOURCES is a community‑based non‑profit organization providing support and hope to communities in the Lower Mainland, on Vancouver Island, and across Northern BC.
