Galore is a Toronto-based premium apparel brand focused on high-end clothing essentials, selling internationally through both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. As a fast-growing global e-commerce business, our team works closely across business operations, sales, logistics, analytics, and supply chain to build and scale a modern consumer brand. Position Summary: This is not a traditional co-op role. During your 4-month work term, you’ll work directly with the founder and core operations team, gaining hands-on exposure to how a real, high-growth e-commerce business is built, scaled, and operated in Canada. You’ll be embedded in day-to-day decision-making and trusted with meaningful, real-world work that directly impacts revenue, customer experience, and growth. You won’t be doing busywork. You’ll be contributing. Based on performance during the term, top-performing students may be invited to apply and interview for a full-time role upon graduation. We are a small, fast-moving team and actively hire strong co-op students who demonstrate initiative, ownership, and results. Job Responsibilities: Business Operations & Sales Support Assist with customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving order issues that may arise Provide sales support across both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels Processing, quoting, and coordinating wholesale and boutique orders Research & Analysis Manage data entry and order tracking using CRM tools and spreadsheets Analyze order trends, fulfillment performance, and customer behavior Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion rates, fulfillment timelines, and logistics metrics Conduct competitor and market research within the apparel and consumer brand space Purchasing & Budgeting Coordinate with warehousing and fulfillment partners to ensure appropriate inventory levels Assist with inventory tracking and supply planning Track departmental spending and assist with profitability and cost analysis Experience & Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a university co-op program in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting) and PowerPoint Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) is an asset Strong interest in business operations, sales, e-commerce, or fashion brands Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible, “Swiss-army-knife” mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities with limited supervision Preferred Qualifications: Previous co-op or internship experience (ideal for third-year co-op students) Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience Interest in or knowledge of fashion, apparel, or consumer brands What You’ll Learn: Direct exposure to real business operations (not busywork) Hands-on experience across customer service, sales, wholesale, analytics, and logistics Mentorship in a founder-led, high-growth environment Resume-ready experience in e-commerce and fashion operations A genuinely unique and fast-paced co-op experience that stands out from traditional corporate roles Your career starts here.
