You are an effective communicator.ResponsibilitiesBe the primary consultant on 3–5 clients at any time, serving as their systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficienciesBe comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularlyBecome an expert on the NetSuite applicationWork directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionalityTake responsibility for solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user trainingSupport clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architectureDesign, build, and test system integrations between client business systemsSupport ongoing maintenance and management of integration projectsTravel to client locations as neededQualifications3–5 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role – preferably in ERP, CRM or e‑commerceExperience with Software as a Service (SaaS), IT, software or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) implementationsA bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommendedProven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationshipsAbility to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work well in a fast‑paced environment and deal with changing prioritiesFamiliarity with cloud computing technologiesLocation and Salary Toronto, Ontario, Canada – CA$90,000.00–CA$200,000.00All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
