Inventa is a leader in the design, creation, and execution of innovative brand experiences, from large‑scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 29th year, we are at the forefront of experiential marketing and the event space. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors, Team Leads, and Supervisors for Recycle BC‑Rural 2026 to spearhead this activation. The team will be setting up at open‑air events in locations such as Kelowna , Lake Country , Victoria , and Quesnel to talk to community members about recycling in their specific municipalities. Through fun recycling forward challenges, 100% recycled giveaways and photo ops with Rick Recycle, we will run a family‑friendly and education‑based activation that is a summer staple. To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and be available for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired. Team Leads and Supervisors must be comfortable driving a Cargo or Sprinter van and available for at least 80% of the events to be considered. Responsibilities Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals. Educate and interact with customers, retailers, and distributors about recycling best practices, cleaning, and storage materials. Assist the team with set‑up and tear‑down of the footprint and assets. Monitor customer feedback and elevate complaints to the client‑service department. Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns. Meet physical demands, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical set‑up tasks as required. Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows. Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times. Provide the Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to the final report. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are mandatory for Brand Ambassadors and Supervisors. Comfortable and experienced driving a Cargo or Sprinter van. Prior experience in a customer‑service or hospitality environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
