The Lead ensures that the sales team executes Sephora’s selling model and delivers outstanding client service, supporting the store in achieving and exceeding company objectives. Responsibilities Client Experience: Ensure all on‑stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model and support timely response to all client feedback per department. Partner with the direct manager to address client‑related issues through the client service hotline or direct client feedback. Embracing Innovation: Support all World selling cast in receiving proper training on Client Interactive Technology. Event Management: Support in‑store events as needed, ensuring the events help the store achieve its goals and meet client needs. Performance Assessment & Development: Be aware of and coach through performance management situations within the assigned area. Provide timely feedback for improvement and follow up as necessary. Participate in regular check‑ins with direct reports. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities. Qualifications You have one to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely. You have proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service. Compensation and Benefits The compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 – CAD$28.55/hr .
