We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with over 7 years of experience to design and build scalable, resilient enterprise applications with a focus on LLM‑based AI solutions. Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Requirements 7+ years of experience with Python development with a focus in AI/ML Bachelor's in computer science or related field Enterprise application design experience Experience with OOP and design patterns System design: resiliency, observability, scalability, performance Methodology: Agile development experience AI/ML Specific Requirements Prompt engineering: Create, maintain and update prompts for LLM version LLM experience – working with OpenAI and different LLM models Testing: Conduct benchmarking experiments and performance analysis Monitoring – ongoing monitoring of ML solutions Nice‑to‑have Skills Java development experience Machine learning and vector database Microsoft Azure cloud FinTech application development Global delivery team experience For Employment Opportunities Based In Canada Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
