The SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant will lead SAP implementation activities focused on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes. This role involves educating local teams, conducting requirement workshops, designing and prototyping PP/QM solutions, and configuring SAP to meet business needs. The consultant will participate in full lifecycle implementation activities, including data migration, testing, development coordination, training delivery, cutover, and post go‑live support. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills to ensure successful SAP deployment. Key Responsibilities Educate local teams on SAP PP/QM functionality and broader SAP concepts. Refine the Plan-to-Manufacture process scope and identify any functional gaps. Design and prototype SAP PP/QM solutions and facilitate key decision‑making discussions. Conduct SAP system demonstrations to showcase standard functionality and secure customer buy‑in. Translate local business requirements into configuration requirements and perform SAP system setups. Identify required RICEF objects and create Functional Specification documentation. Work with technical teams to translate functional specs into technical designs. Identify and document local security requirements and collaborate with security teams for profile creation. Perform field and value mappings for data conversion activities. Demonstrate updated system functionality after configuration and development activities. Provide SME support during testing cycles and resolve issues identified during testing. Develop training materials and deliver end‑user or train‑the‑trainer sessions. Provide SME support during cutover and go‑live activities and complete assigned cutover tasks. Resolve post go‑live issues and support stabilization activities. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM design, prototyping, configuration, and testing. 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementation projects. Experience with SAP data migration. Project management and team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to understand and evaluate business and IT challenges comprehensively. Strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to translate between non‑technical business users and technical IT teams. Strong client service mindset. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
