Application Deadline: May 20, 2026 What we offer Two Annual Bonus Plans Comprehensive Benefits Plan Retirement Package Health Lifestyle Account In this role you will Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Maintain a visible field presence to support safe, effective work execution and reinforce expectations with frontline crews Drive improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and overall performance through disciplined execution and defect elimination Manage maintenance project execution, ensuring planning quality and adherence to maintenance standards and best practices Support effective work management processes, including planning readiness, scheduling alignment, and execution quality Provide leadership in prioritizing work, including emergent (break-in) work, ensuring alignment with operational risk and production impact Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Environmental teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution readiness Act as a central coordination point between maintenance areas and site departments Monitor maintenance performance and trends; use data and frontline feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and workflow efficiency Identify recurring equipment issues and support root cause investigations and corrective actions Provide recommendations for major equipment outages, servicing, and long‑term equipment performance Mentor and coach supervisors; support development planning, capability building, and succession readiness Foster a high‑performing, engaged team environment built on accountability, trust, and collaboration Ensure compliance with site procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements Degree or diploma in a relevant technical field, combined with a valid trade certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a mobile equipment maintenance environment Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people development and team performance Strong understanding of maintenance execution, planning, and scheduling practices Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, operational environment Experience working cross‑functionally with operations and support teams Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision‑making Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with maintenance systems is an asset Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent Compensation $123,000 - $152,000 a year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
