Core Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from individuals and firms regarding registration requirements, processes, timelines, and regulatory obligations. Analyze, interpret and explain registration regulatory requirements in accessible language to support inquirer understanding. Deliver responses in accordance with internal quality, consistency, and service‑level standards through email, phone, and online communication channels. Track responses and ensure consistency and completeness of information. Work closely with Registration, Compliance, Policy, and Legal teams when inquiries require cross‑departmental input. Escalate inquiries that require specialized analysis or decision‑making according to established procedures. Must‑haves Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience where analysis and synthesis capacity were acquired. Strong customer service skills, with an ability to remain patient and helpful under pressure. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Good file management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. Good task management skills. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other people and departments. Proficient with a variety of computer software, and an ability to easily learn the use of new software/programs. Nice‑to‑haves Post‑secondary education (University Degree or College Diploma). Financial industry experience, such as in registration at a dealer member, another self‑regulatory organization, or securities commission. Proficient on the National Registration Database (NRD).
