About the Role Jobber is looking for a senior partner program manager to own the strategy, operations, and growth of our ISV Marketplace program. The role sits at the intersection of program management, platform strategy, and partner operations. You will define and execute the end‑to‑end marketplace partner experience—from recruitment and onboarding to listing optimization and ongoing performance management—while building the scalable frameworks and governance needed to grow the marketplace into a best‑in‑class ecosystem. Travel to partner sites and industry conferences is required.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Strategy & Program DesignOwn the end‑to‑end ISV Marketplace program strategy and operating modelDefine marketplace partner tiers, requirements, benefits, and engagement standardsDesign and implement scalable onboarding, certification, and listing quality frameworksEstablish program policies, governance standards, and partner guidelines that maintain marketplace integrityDevelop the marketplace partner lifecycle from recruitment through scale with a programmatic approachContinuously benchmark against industry‑leading marketplaces to evolve Jobber’s programMarketplace Operations & PerformanceOptimize marketplace operational processes, including listing reviews, partner communications, and program complianceManage operational processes for external third‑party marketplace listingsDefine and track marketplace health metrics, partner performance indicators, and ecosystem KPIsBuild reporting frameworks and dashboards that surface actionable insights to leadershipServe as the default contact for Tier 3 partners and manage communications with multiple partnersCross‑Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Product and Engineering to shape marketplace platform capabilities, APIs, and developer experienceWork closely with Partner Managers to create programs that support partner growth and successPartner with Marketing to drive marketplace awareness, co‑marketing, and listing discoverabilityAlign with Sales and Success teams to enable marketplace‑driven customer acquisition and retention motionsProvide marketplace insights, competitive intelligence, and ecosystem reporting to senior leadershipChampion the voice of ISV partners internally to influence product and platform investment decisionsQualificationsProven experience in partner program management, marketplace operations, or platform ecosystem roles within technology companiesBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or related fieldExperience designing, launching, or scaling an ISV marketplace or app ecosystem programDemonstrated success building partner lifecycle frameworks, tiering models, and operational playbooksStrong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing prioritiesCommercial acumen and experience setting and exceeding ecosystem growth targetsExecutive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externallyData‑driven mindset with experience building KPI frameworks and translating metrics into strategic actionTechnical fluency and understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform/developer ecosystemsStrong cross‑functional collaboration skills in a fast‑paced environmentPassion for building structured, scalable programs that drive real business resultsWillingness to travel regularly for conferences and partner engagementsCompensation Minimum Total Target Commission (TTC): $166,200, midpoint: $195,500, maximum: $224,800.
