In this role, you will play a hands‑on part in building and launching interactive web products using our internal Content Management Systems (CMS). From creating document templates to refining questionnaires and publishing updates, you will help ensure our products are intuitive, high quality, and easy to use. This is a full‑time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.Primary Responsibilities:Build and publish document templates using multiple low‑code or no‑code Content Management System (CMS) platformsWrite and edit questionnaire content to create clear, intuitive user experiencesConduct research and user testing to improve the customer experienceAssess the viability of new product ideas and features to expand document offeringsPrepare clear and actionable feature requests for the Development teamCreate and manage project plans, track progress, and make changes to the project scope when neededPerform peer reviews to maintain consistency and quality across productsCollaborate with our Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to create powerful documentsAnalyze product and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvementsDevelop and apply best practices for building and optimizing web productsKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Post‑secondary education in Web Development (ex.
