We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of execution, financials, and client relationships. This is not a partial-process or support role. You will manage projects end-to-end — estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication — across a diverse and steady pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional work. This role is designed for a hands-on builder who understands both the field and the financial side of construction, is comfortable working independently, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes. What You’ll OwnManage 3-4 concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million in value Oversee the complete project lifecycle including estimating, contracts, scheduling, change orders, billing, and cost tracking Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule adherence and scope alignment across all active projects Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving clear and proactive communication from award through closeout Monitor project budgets, control costs, and maintain accountability for overall project profitability Identify and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and field execution before they elevate into larger problems 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, or a construction-related degree with demonstrated project responsibility Hands-on experience with estimating and contract management Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently and without heavy oversight Strong communication and coordination skills across clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, ownership-driven environment PMP, OSHA, or comparable certifications a plus Must be willing to work in-office; relocation candidates are welcome $75,000-100,000 base salary Performance-based growth opportunities Stable and diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects High level of autonomy with a clear path for advancement within the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
