This will be remote, and 9-5 est. You must be based in Canada. You must have ACTIVE reliability clearance (this comes when you've worked with Government clients). What you will be doing: Building out blueprints, creating concepts and documentation for a large government client. Creating user journeys that are used across marketing automation, web, CRM etc. Conducting stakeholder interviews and user research, defining user personas etc. Using surveys, interviews, storyboards, and scenarios to collect data about user experiences. Working with Product Designers, Content Designers etc. Skills needed: 5+ years of experience in a Service Designer or a UX Researcher role. Case studies or portfolios to showcase.
