ResponsibilitiesCoach client analysts and line managers, sharing skills and building relationships across the client site, using your network to ensure improvement plans are firmly based on real‑world client operations.Provide rigor and accuracy to the improvement effort, acting as the chief source of insight based on data, facilitating prioritization of improvement opportunities, and using root cause analysis to resolve day‑to‑day implementation issues.Directly support client idea owners, providing technical and analytical support to ensure improvement ideas succeed.Identify when ideas under‑ or over‑perform relative to expectations and act as the primary source for validating the benefit stream generated by these ideas.Apply leadership skills to help build the client organization’s “wiring,” ensuring that the improvement effort is sustained by a culture of continuous improvement and that our methodology becomes part of the client’s way of doing business long after the engagement concludes.Travel extensively on site (approximately 80% of the role), including regular travel to the United States and Canada, as well as other international locations.Basic QualificationsUndergraduate degree.2+ years of professional experience.English required, as the role will regularly interact with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada and may involve high‑volume interactions where English is the common language.Preferred QualificationsDegree from a top‑tier university with distinction average.Experience in natural resources.Excellent problem‑solving skills, including analytics.Demonstrated passion for results.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure and to use visual tools independently to communicate insights.Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with on‑site travel comprising approximately 80% of the role.Experience on mining, heavy industry, or construction sites.Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.Compensation Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
