About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Marketing you’ll play a dual role supporting both a variety of Marketing and Business Development initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to drive client growth, elevate market presence, and strengthen brand reputation. What You’ll Do Business Development Partner with a Senior BD Manager to support practice and industry groups in developing and executing growth strategies Conduct research and deliver insights to inform BD planning and initiatives Evaluate marketing and BD investments, including preparing business cases and ROI analysis Support the preparation of submissions, pitch materials, and client-facing proposals Collaborate with internal teams on events, conferences, and sponsorships Contribute to RFPs and new business pitches, including drafting and coordinating materials Marketing Support the planning, coordination and execution of the company's awards and client success programs. Partner with Communications and BD teams to promote company achievements and successes.
