We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to support sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing activities within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Source and purchase materials, components, equipment, and services to support business operations Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery terms Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement improvement initiatives Conduct market research and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and overall performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project and operational requirements Track procurement activities, maintain purchasing records, and prepare reports for management Monitor supplier performance, capabilities, and potential risks Support contract administration, budgeting, and procurement data management Participate in supplier evaluations, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within manufacturing Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience managing supplier relationships and sourcing activities Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and project management ability Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail Continuous improvement and a customer-focused approach
