We’re seeking a compassionate and collaborative individual to support our inclusive before and after school program. In this part-time role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated staff team to create a welcoming environment where all children—regardless of their needs—can thrive. Responsibilities include supervising activities, providing individual support when needed, helping children navigate conflict, and role modeling positive behaviors. You’ll contribute to care plans, support children’s strengths, maintain an appropriate child to staff ratio, and ensure every child feels included and supported.
