This is a Hybrid role and client is actively hiring for this position. Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12+ Months Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation solutions for a strategic client engagement. This role requires a blend of technical mastery in the UiPath ecosystem and the professional bilingualism (French/English) necessary to navigate complex corporate environments. Responsibilities Transform manual business processes into resilient, autonomous digital workflows, with a specific focus on Agentic Automation and advanced system orchestration. End-to-End Automation Delivery: Own the full development lifecycle—from process discovery and PDD (Process Definition Document) creation to coding, testing, and deployment within the UiPath platform. Advanced Orchestration & Monitoring: Design sophisticated process architectures using UiPath Orchestrator to manage complex job scheduling, asset allocation, and real-time operational monitoring. Implement advanced error-handling frameworks and "self-healing" logic to ensure zero-downtime automation and minimize manual exceptions. Act as a technical liaison, delivering clear and effective communication in French (oral and written) to ensure alignment between business units and technical delivery teams. Qualifications Mandatory Certifications: UiPath Automation Developer Associate: Proven baseline proficiency in Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator. UiPath Agentic Automation Associate: Specialized knowledge in building autonomous "agents" that can reason and make decisions within a workflow. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Certifications: UiPath Automation Developer Professional: Advanced expertise in complex automation scenarios. UiPath Specialized AI Associate/Professional: Hands-on experience with Document Understanding and AI Center to drive intelligent document processing.
