Position Overview Pricing and Business Intelligence Analyst (full‑time permanent) reporting to the Supervisor, Pricing and Analytics. Based in our Ville Saint‑Laurent offices. Key Responsibilities Analyze cost price changes provided by internal systems and collaborate with Sales & Product Managers to establish and optimize selling prices, margins, and gross profits. Participate in pricing strategy review projects and support managers in monthly sales and margin analysis reviews. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and analytical tools in Power BI using SQL and Python. Contribute to continuous improvement of the existing analytics infrastructure and gradually integrate AI solutions such as Copilot and analytical agents to automate and accelerate processes. Develop an in‑depth understanding of the company, Pricing department and products to propose high‑value‑added AI‑driven solutions. Demonstrate sound judgment in task prioritization, problem‑solving, and efficient request management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or similar analytical roles. Strong aptitude for numbers, analysis and problem‑solving. Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge. Basic Python knowledge. Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation and continuous improvement of analytical and operational processes. Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of ERP environments (AS/400) considered an asset. Preferred Candidate Traits Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
