What You Will Do Assist with project design development working with our development team Manage project documentation Assist with building and adding to the regional construction team Assist in determining building systems and specifications Draft, submit budgets, schedule proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary Revision and analysis of project bids and see through to contract award Determine and assess need for staffing and sub-trades, prepare contracts for sub trades/ consultants including detailed scope of works and payment schedules Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner and on ongoing basis Assist all Site Superintendents and Project Engineers/Estimators in coordinating with the work of sub-trades and consultants Cognitive of budget efficiencies and efficient working practices Prepare, organize and keep all project correspondences current in the respective project files Prepare Trade Submittal lists and follow up with the trades in expediting equipment deliveries and shop drawings Constant follow up with trades and consultants to achieve project goals in a timely fashion Prepare computerized schedule and update schedule reporting as required Follow up with city officials regarding permits and other correspondences Check all invoices / progress claims for correct quantity, unit price, percentage of work performed and code invoices What You Bring Minimum 7 - 10 years of related project management experience in all aspects of mixed use, multi-residential wood frame & high-rise concrete construction Demonstrate effective communication and team building skills Be results focused with a proven track record of accomplishments in the construction industry Be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast pace team environment and have a desire to grow with the Company Proven performance in leadership and managing both people and development sites Demonstrated ability to analyze, problem solve, make recommendations for change, implement and evaluate and provide a strong process perspective Demonstrated ability to problem solve, juggle numerous and diverse activities, organizing and prioritizing appropriately to meet demands and expectations Technically competent with various software programs related to construction industry Salary Range $180,000- $220,000 AI Use This role may involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, analysis, content development, design, reporting, or operational efficiency.
