The Service Excellence organization is responsible for supporting TELUS business customers across Public and Private sectors, from mid-market to global enterprise level. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Reporting & Analytics team and support the execution of systems standardization and migration initiatives. In this role, you will: Work alongside cross-functional teams to coordinate data transformation initiatives, including data conversion and mapping activities Support the development of efficient, scalable reporting solutions for Enterprise and Public sector accounts Facilitate seamless integration across our data ecosystem by coordinating activities, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth execution across all project phases Collaborate with external partners, sales, technical, go-to-market, and operations teams in a complex business environment Develop project plans and allocate resources to balance competing objectives while managing both business value and operational risk What we're looking for: A seasoned project manager with strong project management, business consulting, and collaboration skills who can combine pragmatic solutions with structured project management techniques to drive successful delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment RESPONSIBILITIES Project Execution & Delivery Evaluate, plan, and implement strategic projects using effective project and change management methodologies Define objectives, secure resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of cross-functional initiatives Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes while balancing concurrent projects Escalate blockers and issues to leadership as needed Stakeholder & Relationship Management Communicate project objectives and value to stakeholders; champion initiatives across the organization Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain diplomacy across competing priorities Work closely with Operations and Technology teams to minimize business disruptions Report on project execution and health to leadership on a regular basis Lead teams in defining objectives and securing appropriate resources Provide guidance and support to team members throughout all project phases REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Data Management & Integration Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes for data conversion and mapping Proficiency with advanced data tools including Tableau Cloud, Power BI, and data transformation platforms Strong understanding of data standardization, data architecture optimization, and integration patterns Experience managing data quality, validation, and governance across diverse environments Exposure to AI/ML implementation and oversight in business transformation initiatives Understanding of how predictive models and automation solutions can streamline reporting and enhance customer experience Ability to evaluate AI tools and solutions that support business strategy and operational efficiency Project Management & Technical Coordination Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives Experience coordinating across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners Ability to identify and resolve technical integration challenges Skills in resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management in complex environments Digital Transformation & Customer Focus Understanding of customer experience optimization through technology enablement Ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives and customer needs Collaboration & Problem-Solving Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical, business, and operations teams Pragmatic approach to problem-solving in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Excellent communication skills for translating between technical and business audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
