Job Title: Sales Manager - Emobility - Canada - Up to $90k + bonus Location: Montreal or Toronto Salary Expectations: CAD $90,000 + performance-based bonus Start Date: April 2026 Role Overview A fast-growing mobility technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale its sales operations in Canada. The company is transforming how individuals and businesses access vehicles through subscription-based mobility services, replacement vehicle programs, and fleet management solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organisation at the forefront of smart and sustainable mobility, helping to shape the future of vehicle access and mobility services. The Sales Manager will oversee and optimize inbound and outbound sales activities, with a particular focus on managing performance within a sales and reservations call center environment. You will be responsible for leading a team, improving conversion rates, and implementing scalable sales processes to support rapid growth. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, operational discipline, and the ability to lead teams in a high-volume sales environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage inbound and outbound sales operations, including call center activities Drive revenue growth by improving lead conversion and sales performance Coach and develop a sales and reservations team to consistently achieve targets Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and performance metrics Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and campaign performance Improve sales processes, scripts, and CRM workflows Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey Support expansion of B2B opportunities and partnerships where relevant Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management Experience working in or managing inbound and outbound sales or reservation call centers Strong leadership and team management capabilities Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Analytical mindset with experience tracking sales performance metrics Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience Exposure to mobility, automotive, fleet, or transportation services Knowledge of B2B digital marketing or lead generation strategies Experience in high-growth or startup environments Familiarity with subscription-based services If of interest, please apply directly.
