This role supports the digitization of existing conditions and the ongoing maintenance of BIM assets. The position ensures adherence to BIM standards and QA/QC practices, provides technical mentorship, and supports structured data handover for downstream systems and teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate Revit models and documentation aligned with company standards Establish and enforce BIM standards, including families, naming conventions, and data structures Lead model federation and coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines Manage model exchanges with internal and external stakeholders Implement and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) Conduct model QA/QC checks and resolve performance or standards-related issues Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM technicians Support structured data handover for integration into facilities management systems Document modeling assumptions and data confidence levels Generate drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models Improve digital workflows and evaluate tools for automation and efficiency Manage file organization, schedules, and deliverables to meet deadlines Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have) 4–6 years of BIM modeling/digital delivery experience in the AEC industry Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (especially as-built modeling) Experience applying BIM standards, BEPs, and QA/QC processes Experience mentoring or guiding junior BIM technicians Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management principles Experience with enterprise facilities management data integration Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management Ability to collaborate effectively across teams Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with 3D laser scanning and point cloud integration into Revit Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, and automation concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr
