Hybrid - Thursday Core Day & every fourth Friday in Toronto Office.Job Description: As a member of the Identity Access Management group within Information Security, you will interface with various partners and Lines of Business, equally focused on delivering excellence and continuous improvement in all disciplines and processes as they relate to identity Access Management.Liaison between business and technologyKnowledge of the impacted Business processesKnowledge of the systems/applications in use and proposedKnowledge of the data - where it is stored and used, how it flows through the processes and systemsAbility to assess implications of changes and identifyWhat process is impactedWhat requirements are needed to support the processes/what workstreams impactedWork with workstream leads to enable them to create the user storiesParticipate in Stakeholder Reviews - what should be reviewed Provide recommendation for approvals, decisions, etc. to IAM leader Provide subject matter insight to the Program Director Vision/roadmap from the Business Case development.Must Have Requirements:Minimum 5 years of IAM.Previous Financial institution experience preferredStrong understanding of the following tools:SailPointIdentityIQIdentity AIServiceNowWorkdayAgile MethodologyNice to Have:Former CIBC experienceCISSP CertificationFormer experience leading Identity Access Management ProjectsIf you are interested in hearing more about this role, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to #J-18808-Ljbffr
