About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Control Officer (PCO) to support a major banking client within a large-scale IT and business transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for project tracking, financial governance, reporting, and program coordination using Clarity PPM and enterprise reporting tools. Responsibilities Maintain and manage project tracking, reporting, and governance activities using Clarity PPM Support program and project managers with end-to-end financial tracking including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel functions Coordinate with PMs and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely status reporting and follow-ups Monitor project health, timelines, and financials across multiple concurrent initiatives Ensure data accuracy and consistency across program reporting tools and documentation Facilitate clear communication between project teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies Qualifications Strong experience with Clarity PPM for project tracking and reporting 5+ years of experience in a PCO, Project Coordinator, or Project Controls role, preferably in banking or financial services Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced program environment Advanced Excel skills for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis Strong understanding of project financials including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance reporting Excellent communication skills for preparing status updates and coordinating with cross-functional teams Banking or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred Location 2-3 days onsite, Downtown Toronto, ON Contract Duration 12 months (with strong possibility of extension or conversion to full-time) Schedule Monday – Friday Why Join Us?
