We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from emerging Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects. What You’ll Do Oversee daily site operations on one or multiple projects Lead projects based on experience and complexity Ensure safety standards in collaboration with safety personnel Coordinate site setup, scheduling, and weekly planning Work with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution Supervise crews and manage subcontractors Maintain documentation, reporting, and QA/QC processes Monitor productivity, materials, and site performance Support team development and promote company values Travel as required What You Bring 5+ years of construction experience in a leadership role Experience managing sites and coordinating subcontractors Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings Solid organizational and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email) Ability to work independently with a solutions‑focused mindset Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Benefits Competitive salary based on experience/qualifications Company‑matched pension plan Full benefits package (100% employer paid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
