This role supports the trade promotions lifecycle through accurate data entry, validation, and analysis within the Exceedra trade management system. Responsibilities include maintaining deal data, investigating and resolving trade deductions, reconciling promotional spend, and preparing KPI and performance reports. The role partners closely with internal CPG sales teams and the TLC broker to ensure alignment between trade activity and financial reporting. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of experience in CPG, retail, supply chain, or operations, with a strong attention to detail and comfort working with trade promotion data, deductions, and analytics. This role is located in downtown Toronto, 5 days a week in person is required.
