Stafingo is hiring: Senior IT Project Manager – EHR Integration (Confidential Public Sector Search) Location: 5 days onsite (Ontario, Canada, as per Hiring Manager discretion) Contract: 1 year (with option to extend up to an additional 252 days) Start Date: April 1, 2026 Pay Range: $85.00 T4 – $105.00 per hour Stafingo is supporting a confidential public sector search for up to 2 Senior IT Project Managers to lead multi-year initiatives in modernizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and enabling integration across clinical healthcare sites. Role Overview The Senior IT Project Manager will lead clinical site integrations onto the EHR system, managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, change management expertise, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments. Key Responsibilities Lead EHR integration projects across clinical healthcare sites, managing risks, issues, and service change requests Ensure onboarding meets business requirements on time, scope, and budget Engage with clinical sites and stakeholders, managing expectations Gather and document project requirements; maintain detailed project schedules Proactively identify risks, conflicts, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies Coordinate with internal teams, including Identity & Access Management, Service Desk, ONE Access Gateway, and product teams Facilitate end-user training and develop supporting documentation Oversee go-live readiness, troubleshooting, and 72-hour post-go-live support Maintain project documentation, reporting, and dashboards within MS Teams Must-Have Qualifications 7–10 years’ experience managing electronic health-related projects, ideally clinical software deployments Deep understanding of clinical workflows and associated business processes Strong project management skills, including risk, scope, and quality management Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement Time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills Desired Skills / Assets Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with MS Project, MS Teams, or similar PM tools Undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare information systems, labs, and clinical workflows Health sector change management, business process integration, and quality improvement experience Experience navigating politically sensitive and multi-organizational environments Understanding of privacy legislation (HPPA, FIPPA, PHIPA) Deadline: Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026 @ 12:00 PM Interested?
