They also assist in the delivery of public library services from a city public library branch. They assist with, recommend and implement current information technology strategies in all aspects of their work. Further, they provide reference services, operate the circulation desk and support overall library services. They report to the Branch Manager or designate. They use the full range of equipment available in the branch as well as effectively search the libraries electronic information sources.
