We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-visibility Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives within our global organization. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional squads and senior stakeholders, helping shape the direction of Client AI risk strategy. Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies to identify blockers and drive team collaboration. Assign and manage tasks using Jira and Confluence, ensuring clear accountability and timelines. Collaborate with Risk Portfolio teams to align strategic initiatives and provide regular updates. Provide input to financial reporting and executive-level presentations. Proactively follow up with diverse stakeholders, maintaining visibility on shifting priorities. Adapt to evolving needs across AI-related projects while maintaining focus on delivery goals. Bridge technical discussions with engineering and data science teams with a clear understanding of GenAI workflows and data quality considerations. Required Qualifications Experience: 8–10 years as an IT Project Manager leading cross-functional tech teams. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing GenAI or AI/ML-based projects. Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within scope. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams and iterative delivery cycles. Certifications: (one or more required) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss infrastructure, software development, and data architecture. Domain Knowledge Basic understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts, tools, and workflows. Familiarity with AI data privacy, governance, and ethical use practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists and communicate technical constraints to stakeholders. Soft Skills Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Self-starter with adaptability to manage fast-changing project scopes. Strong interpersonal communication and team-building skills. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
