Job Summary Seeking a strong Continuous Improvement Manager for our Milton, Canada facility. This onsite role focuses primarily on LEAN process improvement and is a key member of the site leadership team. Key Responsibilities Define requirements for operations and ensure implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies to meet or exceed business requirements and customer expectations. Facilitate Lean activities, including Kaizen events, Lean training events, standardization implementation, value‑stream mapping, and CIR development sessions. Maintain a developmentally productive environment for all employees and administer company policies, goals, strategies, and vision. Facilitate quality systems, continuous process improvement, and safety initiatives in accordance with Lean thinking throughout the organization. Advance company metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale). Develop, model, and coach Lean applications. Review Lean performance expectations with leadership teams, providing feedback, training, and performance discussions. Lead development of a yearly site Continuous Improvement Roadmap to drive standardization and sustainability. Perform administrative duties including data gathering, metrics, reports, and newsletters. Mentor, coach, and train various levels throughout the company. Qualifications Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field. 3‑5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing. Experience leading Lean system implementation and continuous improvement across all phases of logistics and warehousing operations. Bilingual in English and French. Willingness to travel a minimum of 25% of the time. Skills Lean knowledge and application. Warehouse management and transportation knowledge. Safety & security program experience. Business management skills – planning, strategic and tactical. Quality management system knowledge. Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Access, Project). Physical Demands and Work Environment Occasional standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Exposure to extreme temperature variations in the warehouse. Work performed in both office and warehouse environments; moderate noise level from equipment. Extended hours may be required; minimum 25% travel. Pay Range $103,500.00 – $161,800.00 Why Lineage?
