Manager, IT Product Management As part of the IT Product Management team, you take ownership of, identify, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes, leveraging your industry experience and collaborating with business unit subject matter experts. You work independently on challenging assignments while maintaining extensive contact with internal customers and subject‑matter experts. What will your role be responsible for? Oversee our enterprise CRM and other approved CRM systems. Managing a team of application support associates and Dynamics 365 platform developers. Participate in the collection and analysis of information; interview subject‑matter experts, observe operations, and use knowledge of business systems and processes to suggest solutions to specific business challenges. Maintain strong relationships with our business to keep up to date on operational procedures and best practices; recommend changes for improvement. Understand business vision and priorities within your team and across other product lines, and guide leaders with a focus on customer impact behind all initiatives. Serve as a liaison between business units and technical units to align enterprise objectives by advocating for business needs, articulating requirements, managing backlog requests, and representing business requirements in the design, development, validation, and implementation of appropriate technology solutions. Partner with technical business units in the research, analysis, and resolution of system and process challenges. Perform regular market analysis to ensure our corporate CRM products are keeping pace with others available. Partner with application support to ensure operational excellence. Prepare and deliver presentations to project stakeholders when appropriate. Grow ongoing vendor relationships to represent users’ and stakeholders’ interests; advocate and advertise change, partner in ITIL and SDLC best practices, and prepare for industry changes. Stay current with functionality, defects, and upcoming changes; contribute to support team SLAs and standards; build strong interpersonal relationships with direct reports. At least 10 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Experience managing an enterprise CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Maximizer, etc.). One (1) year of experience in defining and documenting business and technical requirements and processes, systems analysis, business process modeling, representing stakeholders on project teams, and problem‑solving with large, complex cross‑functional systems and processes. Experience in financial services and/or ancillary financial services is a must. Knowledge of risk management, issue tracking, change management, and requirements gathering. Knowledge of information technology support and technical documentation. Business planning and analysis skills – demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and deliver business requirements based on that strategy. Knowledge of branch operations and advisor‑facing technology is preferred, with priority given to candidates with portfolio management system experience. Interpreting client input, clarifying issues, and developing solutions. Preparing various reports, summaries, surveys, and written recommendations.
