Key Responsibilities Primary Focus: Delivering exceptional customer experiences while engaging, educating, and converting adult consumers during FIFA events aboard a Hop-On Hop-Off experience. Sales Expectations: Meet or exceed engagement and sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Customer Interaction: Face-to-face engagement with adult consumers in energetic, high-traffic environments while introducing an innovative, smoke-free alternative designed for adult nicotine consumers. Brand Representation: Act as a trusted Brand Ambassador with a polished, confident, and professional presence. Event Execution: Support activation setup, execution, reporting, and overall consumer experience throughout the campaign. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team leader and the retailer. Additional Requirements Previous sales, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer-facing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and engaging with consumers in public settings. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Must be 21 years of age or older.
