Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, with the various stakeholders, the regional legal department's annual strategic plan and budget. Based on the strategic plan, implement an action plan and mobilize the team around its objectives. Report monthly to the Management Committee on the progress of the action plan. Ensure service presence throughout the Saguenay Lac‑Saint‑Jean region. Contribute to various provincial committees in connection with provincial strategic planning. Ensure the planning and weekly distribution of files to be carried out and emergencies to be dealt with in connection with risk management and flows generated by the taxation and certification department. Be involved in the realization of mandates in order to support the team (requirement 50% of the task annually). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with many different stakeholders.
