About the Role As a Senior Estimator , you’ll be the backbone of the pre‑construction process – turning complex project visions into accurate cost realities and securing winning bids through expert planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Identify risks, opportunities, and cost‑saving options Support bid strategy and tender submissions Participate in value engineering discussions Assist with project handoff to operations Qualifications, Skills, & Experience 5+ years’ experience in construction estimating Strong understanding of commercial/industrial construction Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive compensation Exciting projects across the Peace Region #J-18808-Ljbffr
