A career as a Configurator and Administrator of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot M365 and Copilot Studio on the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team at National Bank means that you can act as a technical reference for configuring, administering and evolving low-code and artificial intelligence platforms. Responsibilities Configure, administer and upgrade Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot M365 and Copilot Studio in a large‑scale enterprise environment. Manage the lifecycle of development, test, and production environments, including provisioning, standardisation, maintenance, and retirement. Implement and maintain governance, security and compliance policies, including data protection, role management and access controls. Ensure platform stability and operational performance through monitoring, incident prevention, task automation and continuous improvement. Support professional developers and citizen developers in designing secure, sustainable and compliant solutions. Contribute to the development of connectors for system integrations, inventory of digital assets and guide technology decisions related to capacities, licences and investments. Prerequisites A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft platform administration or configuration. Master the fundamentals of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, including collaborative services, identity management and authentication concepts. Experience in technology platform administration, including environment management, tenant configuration and application of standards. Solid understanding of governance, security and data protection concepts, including data loss prevention policies and access management. Understanding of principles for managing the lifecycle of low‑code solutions, including deployment strategies and CI/CD concepts.
