Position Overview Reporting to the VP, Mission, we are hiring a Director, Program Delivery on a 6‑month contract. As the Director, Program Delivery, you will lead the execution and evolution of Parkinson Canada’s national programs, bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to how services are delivered. You will lead a team of managers, collaborate across functions, and ensure programs are accessible, high‑quality, and aligned to community needs. This role is critical in scaling our reach from approximately 5,000 people today to 50,000 in the coming years. Remote position with occasional travel for in‑person meetings. Responsibilities Lead program delivery and scale impact. Oversight of national programs, translating reach and impact goals into clear plans and execution to support growth. Bring structure to program operations. Standardise and evolve program models to improve accessibility, consistency, and quality. Lead and develop the team. Manage and coach program managers, setting expectations and fostering a culture of strong execution. Balance innovation with delivery. Lead innovation efforts, testing and scaling new approaches while maintaining day‑to‑day delivery. Use data to inform decisions. Monitor program performance and use insights to refine programs. Collaborate across the organization. Work closely with partnerships, insights, and mission teams to align delivery with strategy. Ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Maintain a link between strategy and execution using community feedback and frontline insight. Qualifications The experience. Led programs or services involving people across multiple teams, stakeholders, or locations with structure and scale. The ability to lead through complexity. Experience aligning groups with different priorities to a shared goal. The operational strength. Translate strategy into action, resource plans, and adapt without losing momentum. The adaptability. Thrive in fast‑moving, evolving environments with shifting priorities. The collaboration and communication. Clear, pragmatic communicator who builds accountability and aligns stakeholders. The perspective. Background may come from healthcare, education, social impact, or other sectors; non‑profit experience not required. Ranges reflect progression from learning in the role to excelling, with each offer based on skills, experience, and role complexity.
