We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to become the creative engine behind a leading performance-lifestyle apparel company. This role is built for a digital-native creator who can seamlessly blend graphic design with short-form video to elevate a brand’s presence across social and digital platforms. What You’ll Do Graphic Design: Develop original graphic concepts, social assets, and marketing campaign visuals Graphic Design: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and artwork accuracy Graphic Design: Prepare clean, production-ready files for digital and print applications Graphic Design: Apply a strong understanding of sports culture and athletic and street fashion to elevate creative output Video (Short and Long Form Content): Enhance storytelling with pacing, motion, subtitles, effects, and trend-aware audio Video (Short and Long Form Content): Ensure platform best practices are applied for maximum visibility and retention Motion & Digital Marketing Assets: Build static and motion assets for web, email, and paid media campaigns Motion & Digital Marketing Assets: Create compelling visuals that clearly communicate product benefits, launches, and key messaging Motion & Digital Marketing Assets: Maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence across all marketing touchpoints Motion & Digital Marketing Assets: Shoot authentic, iPhone-native content that feels modern and culturally relevant Motion & Digital Marketing Assets: Execute quick lighting setups and simple styling for organic marketing moments What You Bring Graphic Design: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Graphic Design: Strong illustration and typography skills Graphic Design: Understanding of garment construction, print methods, and production constraints Video & Motion: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut Video & Motion: Strong vertical editing instincts with trend awareness and storytelling fluency Video & Motion: Solid motion design and animation fundamentals Content Creation: Videography and basic lighting knowledge Content Creation: Ability to create authentic, performance-driven marketing content Soft Skills: Creative thinker comfortable working across design, motion, and video Soft Skills: Strong collaborator across creative and marketing teams Soft Skills: Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Soft Skills: Open to feedback, iteration, and performance-informed optimization Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
