Learn more about the role!Your main responsibilitiesApply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rulesOversee and manage municipal engineering projects from inception through completionReview engineering design drawings, specifications, and contract documentsExperience with lift stations, pumping systems, and treatment systems would be an assetReport writing and document preparationConstruction contract managementProject management experienceCost estimating experienceLiaison with clients and contractorsAbility to coordinate designs and construction inspections with multiple disciplinesSelf-motivated with leadership abilityPossess good written and verbal communications skillsLiaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project successCoordinate designs and construction inspections with multiple disciplinesProvide mentorship and support to junior engineers and technologists.What makes you uniqueA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering10+years experience in water distribution, wastewater collection, transportation, stormwater management, and drainage systemsMust have a P.Eng Designation and in good standing with APEGAProficiency in computer software for modelling and spreadsheet analysisDemonstrated aptitude for general construction methodsStrong business acumen and understanding of municipal infrastructure projectsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphereSelf-motivated with leadership potentialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLocal to Red Deer Alberta or open to RelocationWhat makes Englobe unique At Englobe, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects of every size and scope.
