This role is ideal for a strong leader with proven experience in ground-up ICI construction. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, including overnight shifts and flexible weekend work as required, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all on-site construction activities, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourersOversee ground-up ICI construction projects from start to finishEnsure work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and schedulesMonitor project progress, identify delays, and implement solutions to maintain timelinesEnforce quality control standards and conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materialsMaintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, reports, and safety recordsCoordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to ensure efficient site operationsEnsure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesConduct site safety meetings and proactively address hazardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholdersCoordinate multiple trades and resolve site conflicts efficientlyEnsure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirementsProvide leadership, mentorship, and direction to site teamsQualifications & Skills Required7+ years of experience in construction, with strong background in ground-up ICI projectsProven experience as a Site Supervisor / SuperintendentStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordinationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelinesStrong understanding of health and safety regulations and complianceHands‑on construction experience with the ability to lead from the frontValid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to identify issues and implement effective solutions quicklyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per yearWe would like to thank all candidates for their interest in this position.
