The opportunity EY is seeking a Manager to join our Digital Risk team, part of the Risk Consulting service line. As a Manager, you will assist clients in identifying, assessing, and managing IT risks and controls associated with their business operations. You will lead a team of professionals delivering high-quality risk advisory services in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IT security assessments, cloud adoption risk, emerging technologies risk, and internal controls. Your key responsibilities Manage and deliver projects related to IT security, GRC, IT governance, controls and risk assessments, cloud adoption risk, and emerging technology risk, ensuring adherence to EY methodologies and professional standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital risk management into broader risk and compliance programs. Consult with leadership and provide subject matter advice on digital risk management strategies, security and control frameworks, and best practices. Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Contribute, as required, to business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking. Stay abreast of emerging digital risks, technologies, and industry trends to provide forward-thinking advice to clients. Skills and attributes for success Minimum 6‑8 years of experience in risk management, IT security, controls, cloud adoption risk, emerging technology risk or related field with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Business Administration or Accounting & Finance. Professional accounting/audit designation(s) (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CISM) highly desirable. Strong project management and engagement closure skills. Strong understanding of IT security frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices. Experience in consulting and client service delivery desirable. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients and team members at all levels.
